SMEs Leased 46% Of Romanian Office Building Space In First Nine Months Of 2018

Small and medium-sized enterprises (IMM) are some of the most dynamic consumers of office building space on the Romanian market. Thus, firms with up to 250 employees traded surface areas of 2,500 square meters in the first three quarters of 2018, the equivalent of 46% of the office space market in Romania, as per an analysis by ESOP Consulting.
