Swiss Capital Boosts Stake In Armatura Cluj To 15.5% After RON24,000 Deal

A group of investors made up of brokerage firm Swiss Capital, investment management company Swiss Capital Asset Management and equity fund Active Dinamic came to own 15.58% of the share capital of Armatura Cluj (ARM.RO), after the management firm had bought 100,000 Armatura shares on the main market of the stock exchange.
