ANCOM Cancels Auction For Mobile Phone Radiation Measurement Lab

Romanian telecom regulator ANCOM has cancelled the auction for a laboratory to measure the radiation emitted by mobile phones, a contract worth an estimated 17.9 million lei (EUR4.11 million), after the offers submitted by UTI Security Engineering and Comtest were rejected as unacceptable.
