ANCOM Dashes Orange And Vodafone’s Hopes

Orange and Vodafone will have to build their own landline networks, make acquisitions or rent infrastructure from rivals to be able to provide fixed Internet services and launch convergent service packages, following the announcement of Romania’s communications industry regulator ANCOM.
