Contexpert: Computer Programmers May Lose Up To 40% Of Their Current Net Income

The harsh situation triggered by the granting of fiscal amnesty to authorized private individuals (PFA) may lead to an exodus of computer programmers who generate 6% of Romania’s GDP, similar with the exodus of public healthcare staff, says fiscal consulting, accounting and audit firm Contexpert.
