Deutsche Telekom To Acquire GTS, Including Romania Unit

German group Deutsche Telekom will acquire, for a total EUR546 million, Polish company GTS Central Europe, with turnover of EUR20 million in Romania, in a move to strengthen its position in the business-to-business segment.
