Duta, CNAS: Romanian Healthcare Reform Has Not Started Yet

Romania has not yet started to reform its healthcare system, patients are not pleased with the services they are offered, doctors are leaving the country and the system’s main weak point will be the lack of qualified medical staff, National Health Insurance House (CNAS) president Lucian Duta said Thursday.
