Ghenea, PC Garage: We’ll Invest Money From eMag In Development Of Distribution Business

The deal whereby eMag, the largest local online retailer held by South Africa’s Naspers group, will take over rival PC Garage and strengthen its leading position on its market is still under review by the Competition Council and will most likely receive approval in October, says Marius Ghenea, one of the owners of PC Garage.
