Mobile Termination Rates Fall to EUR0.087/Min Starting May 1

Mobile termination rates will be lowered by 12.5% as of may 1, to EUR0.087/minute from EUR0,096/minute until a new cost model is finalized, Romania's telecom regulator ANCOM said Tuesday.
