Moody's Withdraws Ratings Of Telecom Operator RCS&RDS

Ratings agency Moody's Investors Service on Tuesday withdrew the Ba3 rating of telecom operator RCS&RDS “for its own business reasons,” which have nothing to do with the accuracy of the information provided by the issuer or other factors regarding its situation.
