RCS&RDS Takes Over Former Senator’s Cable TV Company

RCS&RDS, the largest group on Romania’s TV services market, in June took over the entire stake in cable company Vesatel, which operated in Reghin, Mures county, from former senator Petru Basa and his associate Ioan Sita, according to a information published in the Official Gazette.
