Telekom Romania’s Mobile Operations Merged Under Telekom Romania Mobile Communications

The mobile operations of Telekom Romania Group merged under a single entity, Telekom Romania Mobile Communications, as of December 1, in order to concentrate the mobile telephony operations of Germanos Telecom Romania, Sunlight Romania Filiala Bucuresti and Telemobil SA, as absorbed companies.
