Top Three Mobile Operators Lost EUR40M Revenue In Q3

The three largest mobile communications companies in Romania--Orange, Vodafone and Telekom Mobile--lost almost EUR40 million revenue in the third quarter compared with the year-earlier period, going from EUR481 million to EUR442 million, largely because of the 70% drop in mobile termination rates following a decision of the telecom market watchdog.
