TEN Airways Flies To Tulcea With A 35-40% Load Factor

The load factor on Bucharest-Tulcea route, operated only by TEN Aiways airline, stood at 35-40% on the first flights, which is “encouraging”, states Catalin Butu, general manager of the airline.
