Polish group Atlas, with over EUR280 million in turnover in 2010, owned by three of the richest Polish businessmen, has bought the majority stake in Oradea-based Cesal, which manufactures mortars, adhesives, varnish and paint in a deal sealed at the end of 2010, for an undisclosed amount.
