Tuborg Beer Owner Buys Muller Yogurt Importer

Romania’s Competition Council has approved the transaction whereby the company Central Bottlings Company Ltd, which owns Tuborg, is acquiring the participation held by Molkerei Alois Muller GmbH & CO KG in Muller Dairy Ro SRL, the importer of Muller yogurts.
