Two Romanian Entrepreneurs Invested EUR10.5M In Residential Compound In Last 10 Years

Romanian entrepreneurs Ioana and Razvan Luca, who are developing the Class Park residential project in the town of Targoviste, have completed in 2018 the ninth apartment block of the compound. The overall investment in the project is estimated at EUR20 million until 2021.
