Two Traders Are Discussing Pambac Takeover

Agricultural traders Comfert and Popasul Trebes in Bacau, with cumulated turnovers of EUR150 million, are in talks to take over bread producer Pambac, according to market sources. The bread producer reported EUR46 million in turnover last year and owns a plant in Bacau.
