Purcari Wineries (WINE.RO), a winemaker based in the Republic of Moldova, announced in a stock market report on Monday (Jan. 15, 2024) the acquisition of the 90% ownership stake in a newly established company, HTA Danismanlik Turizm Dis Ticaret Limited Sirketi.
