IMF Warns Romania Budget Deficit Could Reach 3.7% of GDP in 2017

The International Monetary Fund warned Thursday Romania's budget deficit will reach 3.7% of gross domestic product in 2017 and 3.9% of GDP in 2018 and measures are needed to reduce it.
