Romania Follow-Up Loan With IMF Conditional Upon Completion Of Existent Deal

Romania must fulfill its commitments assumed under a EUR5 billion multilateral loan package before negotiating a follow-up deal with the International Monetary Fund, the EU and the World Bank, the presidency said in a statement Wednesday.
