Romania's 2016 Budget Drafted on 2.95% ESA Deficit, 4.1% Economic Growth

Romania's state budget for 2016, drafted by the country's former government, is built on an ESA deficit of 2.95% of gross domestic product and a cash deficit of 2.8% of GDP, and considers economic growth of 4.1%, driven by consumption and investments.
