Romanian Central Bank Governor Says New IMF Agreement Impossible in Near Future

Romania's central bank governor thinks it's impossible for the country to secure a new loan agreement with the International Monetary Fund this year or in the near future, as the balance of payments deficit is low and the country failed to reach all the targets undertaken in the previous agreement.
