GDF Suez Energy Romania Hikes Alizeu Eolian’s Share Capital By RON150M

GDF Suez Energy Romania, a unit of French-Belgian utility GDF Suez, increased by 150 million lei (EUR34 million) to RON154 million the share capital of Buzau-based wind farm developer Alizeu Eolian, which it bought last year.
