Central Bank Deputy Governor Shares Businesses With E-Boda Founder

Bogdan Olteanu, deputy governor of the Romanian central bank, last year became shareholder with half of the shares in two companies where he partnered with Alexandru Dragoiu, the owner of electronics maker E-Boda Distribution, according to data from the Trade Registry and from the official's personal financial disclosure statement.
