Most Valuable Companies Controlled By Romanian Investors

Most valuable company on the stock market that is controlled by a local investor is Banca Transilvania (TLV.RO), with more than EUR700 million capitalization. Even though Horia Ciorcila is not the majority shareholder of the bank, he is the most influential, with a 5% stake and the power to make decisions in his position as chairman of the board.
