Smartree: IT&C And Pharmaceutical Firms In Romania Grant Highest Bonus Payments

Companies operating in the IT&C sector and the pharmaceuticals industry granted the highest extra payments in addition to wages in 2015, which translates into a 19% increase against 2014, according to Smartree, provider of outsourcing payroll and personnel administration.
