Kelemen, Cluj IT Cluster: 15% Of Employees Affected By Government Decision To Drop Social Security Tax Cap

Some of the IT companies in Cluj will be affected by the decision of the Grindeanu/Dragnea government to drop the social security and health insurance tax cap (the tax had been previously due for no more than five average gross wages regardless of how an employee made per month) and plan to renegotiate salaries as necessary.
