Romanian state-run power grid operator Transelectrica (TEL.RO) on Wednesday said its Supervisory Board re-elected Adrian Constantin Rusu as Directorate Chairman (alternatively called the Company’s Executive Director General or Chief Executive Officer – CEO), effective July 17.
