Deloitte Romania, Reff & Associatii Get Final Supreme Court Solution To Cancel EUR 5.5 M Tax Decisions Issued For Energy Firm

A multidisciplinary team made of lawyers specialized in tax litigation from Reff & Associates | Deloitte Legal and tax advisors from Deloitte Romania, has obtained a final favorable decision from Romania’s Supreme Court to cancel EUR5.5 million tax decisions issued by the country’s tax regulator ANAF for a support services company, member of a group operating in the energy field.
