PwC: 40% of Romanian Employees Plan To Ask For A Raise; 16% Plan To Change Jobs In Next Year

The global Great Resignation phenomenon will continue next year with even more pressure on wage growth. In Romania, 40% of employees plan to ask for a pay raise over the next year and 16% want to change employers, according to the results for Romania of the PwC Workforce Hopes and Fears global survey released on May 24.
