Medicover Absorbs Laurus Medical Four Years after Takeover

Medicover, the third largest private healthcare provider in Romania by turnover, at the end of 2025 raised the company’s share capital by RON19.5 million to complete the process of merger via absorption with Laurus Medical, a company it took over in 2022.
