Gabriel Resources: Alba Iulia Court Ruling Doesn’t Affect Rosia Montana’s 2002 Zoning Plan

Gabriel Resources, owner of Rosia Montana Gold Corporation, the company developing a mining project in Romania, considers that the ruling of the Alba Iulia Court of Appeals issued Thursday does not apply to the 2002 decision of the Rosia Montana local council on adopting the commune’s urbanism plan.
