Bucharest Subway Workers Go On Two-Hour Warning Strike Thursday

Union leaders of workers from Bucharest’s subway system on Thursday rejected the latest wage increase offer for a new collective bargaining agreement made by state-owned subway operator Metrorex, and will be on a warning strike on Thursday morning, which could lead up to a general strike.
