EC: 20% Richest Romanians Have An Income 8-Fold Higher Than Income Of Poorest 20%

The richest 20% of the Romanian population have an income more than eight times higher than the income of the poorest 20%, a ratio significantly higher than the EU average, according to the country report for Romania published Wednesday by the European Commission.
