EC: Romania, Above EU Average On Transposing EU Directives Into National Laws

Romania registers an average delay of 8.5 months in transposing EU directives into national laws, representing a slight increase from 8.1 months in the previous report, but still above the EU average, of 10.1 months, according to European Commission.
