Employment Rate In Romania Goes Up, Employers See Salaries Rise In Two Years

The falling unemployment rate, but also the declining number of inhabitants (Romania now has below 20 million inhabitants) were two of the factors that led to labor market improvement, so that the employment rate among people aged between 15 and 64 reached 61.2% in the second quarter of 2014, up 1.7% from the previous quarter, according to National Statistics Institute data.
