EU Warns Romanian Public-Private Partnership Law Still Breaches Community Norms

The European Commission has warned the Romanian Government that the public-private partnership law is still incompatible with EU norms and not sufficiently clear on certain procedures, such as additional work necessitated by unforeseen circumstances, and requested the act be amended again.
