European Commission: Romania Must Take Active Measures To Implement Civil Code

The European Commission said, in its report on Romania under the Cooperation and Verification Mechanism, that active measures are needed to accompany the entry into force of Romania's new Civil Code and the adoption of a comprehensive plan for the implementation of the other three codes.
