HR Fund Management Authority Head: I Don’t Believe We Can Absorb All EU Money

Carmen Ionel, who in early May took over the position of general manager of the Management Authority for the Operational Program for Human Resource Development (AMPOSDRU), believes that Romania is unable to absorb all the funds allotted by the European Union, though repayments from the Commission are coming much faster than the pace estimated in winter.
