Klaus Iohannis Wins Romanian Presidential Election - Partial Results

Klaus Iohannis won Romanian presidential election, with 54.50% of the ballots cast, after 99.07% of the votes were counted, while Victor Ponta won 45.49% of the vote, according to Central Electoral Bureau data updated Monday at 11:00 local time.
