Leonard Orban: I Am Not The Minister Of EU Funds, My Mandate Is Limited

Put in charge of the newly-created Ministry of European Affairs with the declared purpose of attracting more European money, five months on Leondard Orban stresses the limits of his mandate: “I am not the minister of European funds,” and the ministry doesn’t have a “supplementary verification role,” Orban told ZF in an interview.
