New Cabinet Plans To Allow Hospitals To Work As Foundations Or Associations

The governing program of the Cabinet proposed by Prime Minister Designate Mihai Razvan Ungureanu targets to engage local authorities in a pilot project allowing hospitals to operate as foundations or associations and to apply a performance-based salary system for healthcare employees.
