Orban: Romania May Not Use Its EU Funds For 2014-2020 Unless It Improves Public Administration

Romania may not be able to use the European Union funds it was allocated for the 2014-2020 period unless it draws up and implement by the end of 2016 a strategy meant to enhance its administrative capacity, according to Romania's former European Affairs Minister Leonard Orban.
