President May Dissolve Parliament If Two Cabinets Rejected In 45 Days - Constitution Draft

Romania's President may dissolve the Parliament if it has not confirmed the Government with a vote of confidence in 45 days and has rejected at least two Cabinets, according to the draft of the revised Constitution, published Wednesday by the Presidential Administration.
