President Passes Bill Granting Prognosis Commission Attributions In Public-Private Partnerships

Romanian President Klaus Iohannis has signed into law a bill approving government decree no. 28/2018 which gives the country’s main economic and social development forecast agency attributions in investment projects made within public-private partnerships.
