Romania Central Bank Deputy Governor Placed Under House Arrest

The Supreme Court ruled Friday to place Romania's central bank deputy governor Bogdan Olteanu under house arrest for 30 days on charges of influence peddling, according to lawyer Constantin Durgheu.
