Romania, Hungary Agree to Develop Cluj-Budapest High-Speed Rail

Romania and Hungary's foreign ministers agreed Monday on the development of a high-speed railroad line linking Cluj-Napoca to the Hungarian capital Budapest, the Hungarian minister announced, news outlet MTI reports.
