Romania's Administration Idles While New State Secretaries Are Hired

Two weeks after the new Government took office, one quarter of the jobs of state secretaries with in the ministries are still not filled. The sharing out of jobs from state secretaries downwards, a process that is ongoing, could block the administration’s activity for the next six months.
