Romania, Turkey To Sign Declaration For Strategic Partnership

Romania and Turkey will sign a declaration for a strategic partnership targeting cooperation between the two countries in the economic, military, and energy sectors, and the fight against terrorism, Romanian President Traian Basescu said Monday before leaving for Turkey.
